A friend recently lost her grandfather to sudden illness and it's been very hard on her. They were very close, and she told me that he was the one who would often play Layton games with her and taught her so much in life. She asked for a quiet tribute picture with Layton and Flora as a dedication and fond reminder of all the good times she shared with him in life.

This is such a charming depiction of them. It's very well drawn and colored. I like the warm feel to the piece. This is sweet. Wonderful artwork. :)
