The fact that the pen is dying almost makes it look like paint, which I think makes it look even cooler... Well done!

I can't wait to see it!

Are you going to do more inked drawings in future? I heard that your ink pen is dying or died out.

What kind of inking pen that you used on this? It is hard to find? How much it cost to buy? Where it can be found?

The pen I used is indeed, dead. It gave up its ghost on one of the last images, and now all it's good for is essentially dry-brush shading since there's no ink left in it... just enough to push really pathetic grays around, haha. So I keep it around for ... well, dusting, essentially. But it's dead.

As for kind, it was a TOMBO. The first brush pen I've ever used, and it was given as a gift by an old friend... 'fraid that's all I know about it.

Thanks for relying, I just use old fashion ink brushes and ink bottle. I'm sure I still have brush pen (I got from my mom), only reason why I don't use it because I was afraid that it might ran out quickly or something. So I'm saving it whatever I feel like using it.

I'm not sure that they might have them in store or not (heck, I don't know how much it cost). Heck, even ink bottles cost $5!

Anyway, how many years that you have been doing inking dawings? I have done this for a year now (I post only few of them, hadn't been on DA for long time now).

I love Spunk expression and how clean and good the image are. I think that this pen will survive for maybe more 9000 draws 8D

I've been pretty inspired by the works of Francisco Herrera lately, so it could be a bit of his look bleeding in there. Not sure who else you might be thinking of, though.

This is gorgeous! What kind of brush pen did you use? :)

I think it was a TOMBO. The swishy shading effect was only achievable because the pen is dried out, so I could sort of "paint" with it. A fully loaded one I can't do that with :(

Hey, no need to frown on that. Half of what most artists produce is totally by accident anyway. ;) You did good, as always! :D
